A Moonlit Summer Night

The caress of a soft, cool breeze,
The touch of a soft, fluffy pillow,
Against my face on a summer night.
Under the star covered night sky,
Standing on top of a cliff so steep,
Overlooking the vast silver sea,
Refulgent and tranquil, a different sea.

So unlike the mangy little town,
Unlike the rush of human life,
Devoid of all exasperating noise,
So unlike the human spate.

The moon reflected in the pristine waters,
A silver hue upon the leaves,
The hooting of a solitary owl,
Gentle rustling of the silver leaves.
So beautiful the world on offer,
Under this moonlit night sky,
As I sit here in tranquility,
With my love right beside me.

Ah this pleasant, pervasive feeling,
Overwhelming this pure beauty,
Oh my love I love you so much,
Together in this beautiful journey.

"This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness." - The Dalai Lama

Cocoon of Death

In the end, the words remain in my heart, unuttered,
As I see you walk away, becoming a distant dream.
Light fading away, becoming ever so smaller, fainter,
My outstretched hands lifeless, darkness takes over.

This placid facade conceals the tumult of my mind,
Reigns chaotic silence, a chilling cold blackness.
This life becoming a blasphemy against life itself,
Falling apart I am, lost in darkness without my light.

Enwrapped I am in this cocoon of death,
My world destroyed, empty I am.
All feeling gone, all comprehension lost,
In mind and heart, numb I am.

Lost are those happy feelings,
Lost is my refulgent self.
Gone with you, oh my light,
Is the very essence of self.

Ah those words still choked in me,
The tears dry, they drench my world.
Withdrawn I am into my shell,
Mocked by the dance of my own words.

Ramblings of a Blissful Mind

I am so very high,
Ah this lovely feeling.
As I listen to beautiful songs,
This world a beautiful dream.

Ah so full of love,
Pure, white as a dove.
Flying high in the sky,
As I see time fly by.

Ah that beautiful fragrance,
The stars shown in the sky.
Looking up at the dark beauty,
Lost in this wonderful trance.

Such fun it is to mess around,
To lose control, inhibitions.
Leaving behind all fears,
Myself becoming intrepid.

Ah the pinnacle of life,
Immortality becomes you.
Ah this purity of happiness,
Eternity becomes you.

Highness is the way of being,
Where there is no artifice.
All perfidy lost in oblivion,
Limpid purity reigning supreme.

So intoxicating this feeling,
It becomes the healing.
This tranquil state of existence,
Harmony devoid of all pretense.

Ah this torrential flow of thoughts,
Thoughts so eloquent, so articulate.
Devoid of all that is perfunct,
The quotidian lost in oblivion.

Lost are those jarring feelings,
There is no envy, no hatred.
The incubus destroyed, love so beautiful
The world a whirlwind, romantic fantasy.

Oh how I wish I had a girl,
A girl so cute, so pleasant.
A profusion of utter bliss,
The blossoming of all that is.
I wish she were in my arms,
Full of her feminine charms.
Ah what a spectacular dream,
So beautiful the vision does seem.

All pretense is washed away,
The ostentatious lost.
From the wilderness comes the real,
The true meaning of thee.

So soulful life becomes,
The complete embodiment of it.
So serene this world becomes,
Lost in the beauty unseen.

Love is such a beautiful feeling,
Whether of human, music or thing.
Ah it is a world so blissful,
And the only gate is LOVE.

Ah so versatile is love,
The one integrating factor.
It is of art and nature,
And of existence together.
It is the divine creation,
The veracity of true existence.

Fecundity of endeavours lost,
What matters is the endeavour.
This blissful journey that is life,
A journey to revere.

Ah such ostentatious beings we are,
Goading over our material gains.
But in this true lightness of being,
It is the core that we gain.

Ah this gray world so white,
Black lost, there is no plight.
This is such an ecstatic flight,
This world, a heavenly sight.

The music flows through your body,
Touching the very depths of thee.
Oh this torrent of pure bliss,
Drops of heaven bathing thee.

Oh this rhythmic deluge of passion,
Emanating from the burried core.
Pervasive, spreading through the body,
Making you one and whole.

Alleviation of all uncertainities,
All ambiguities disappear.
Negativity an obscure concept,
Life a pellucid clarity.

The beauty of this uncorrupted mind,
A mind to devoid of deception.
Shed is the eternal veil,
Prolonged, the ephemeral moments of being.

Comes forth the ardent curiosity,
The ardousness all but forgotten.
The vague path so articulately drawn,
Refulgent in its beautiful simplicity.

All fears, apprehension shed,
All inhibitions have fled.
At last I am truly free,
Free, to be me.
To sway to the beat of my heart,
To live and feel my own music.
Free to rise in this world,
To be me in this blissful journey.

I see all the walls crumble,
As I rejoice in my nakedness.
I am no more the arcane being,
Layed bare are all aspects.

Now this unearthly bliss,
Is forever with me.
Like the panache of Ronaldo's game,
Life is meant to be.

Life Becomes You

Wake up you dead people,
Those souls in hibernation,
Your minds wasting away,
Show thy refulgent self.

Why is your soul immured
In this unthinking cowardice.
Why are you so perfidious,
Thy effete soul crying.

Thy life devoid of passion,
Thyself, labile.
At times so unbriddled,
At times, timid.

Ah this torrential chaos,
This internal pandemonium,
Gnawing at thy heart and soul,
The very depths of thy being.

Come out of this inebriated life,
Let go of the masses,
The perfunct.
Leave behind the artifice,
The maelstrom.

Come forth intrepid, open the orifice,
Let thyself out of the jail.
Free thyself, thy very being,
Thy depths, thy complete being.

Let the life you live be yours,
A true reflection of thy real self.
Let it be what you want it to be,
Not a default, nor a veiled self.

Thy life is thy journey,
The journey of you, for you.
Only you can stake your claim,
And only you are to blame.

Don't let the world stamp all over,
For your life is meant for thee.
So let not your real self cower,
And come forth with alacrity.

So wake up, rise and shine,
And make this life thine.
Let it be worth the seal of your approval,
Let it be one you enjoy and revere.

Imagination - The Potential 'You'

I blow free through the unfathomable sky,
Mercurial I am, I fly high.
Invisible I am to your naked eye,
But I am, and that is no lie.

I am this featureless being,
But my effects you are seeing.
I can be sweet, can be bitter,
An intricate part of your nature.

I am an untamable force,
Turbulent, I follow no predictable course.
I flow across mountains, through the trees,
I can be devastating, can be a breeze.

I am the source of all creation,
The idol showered with veneration.
I am you, you are me,
For without me, you cannot be.

Be free like me, come fly with me,
And a whole new world you will see.
A world with a beautiful, serene cover,
And a new 'you' you will discover.

So embrace me now, don't resist my flow.
Arm in arm, together we grow.
Just feel me, become one with me,
And forever you will be.

Facade of Education

It is by one mark I lost,
But not the grade of life.
There might be a tiny cost,
But not a sharp edged knife.

This education system based on marks,
Is the womb, the cradle of envy.
It really lets fly the sparks,
A world of jealous animosity.

Unhealthy competition eating away,
Creating a human heart so hollow.
Brain and heart rotting away,
Making the human mind so shallow.

Why should such cherubic kids,
Have to bear such pressure.
Let them learn about Euclid,
In a way they can treasure.

Let them out of this torrent of crappiness,
Out of this life of duress.
Let there be a deluge of happiness,
Let life be a gentle caress.

Love's an Angel

You are the veracity of my existence,
The source and destiny of my exuberance.
We are one,
Under this sun,
Our's is a world of no pretense.

It is in you that I seek,
My lost self with a future so bleek.
You are my light,
Forever bright,
My redemption in this abysmal creek.

You make my life beautiful,
Make all my endeavours fruitful.
No more immured,
Forever cured,
You make this journey blissful.

Gone is the salacious being,
The one who was always fleeing.
Gone the pain,
Broken the chain,
With you I am my true being.

Each day a blossoming flower,
My new life a refreshing shower.
Now my love,
You are my dove,
Up high in this majestic tower.

Now my life a euphoric dance,
With you this life a utopian trance.
My angel you are,
My cute little star,
With you my life a beautiful chance.

A Whole New World

With these unseen eyes I see,
The beauty there is, could be.
This veritable cornucopia of potential,
Unfathomable abyss of beauty and serenity.

With these unseen eyes I see,
All the subtleties, intricacies,
The harmonious dance of nature,
The heavenly musical rhapsody.

I see a world so chaste and pure,
An innocent world, a cynosure,
A world drowned in a deluge of harmony,
The tranquil, rhythmic existence, a melody.

The Fire's Core

We sit here hypnotised,
Imagining beautiful patterns in the smoke.
The fire keeps burning bright,
Its core lost, unimaginable, obscure.

Oh the core so far away,
Is where we are meant to stay.
Forever and ever not betray,
And never go astray.

In this hypnotic state of being,
Only the illusion we are seeing.
All comprehension, veracity lost,
Such is this veil's cost.

Oh this propensity for the virtual,
Subtle the crucification of the real.
Blessing the dark devil with light,
Of human minds and souls alike.

Come on you people lets lift this veil,
Tear the illusion, the fire we peal.
Let's make our way to the core,
A place so chaste, so pure.

MUSIC of Life

Music is there everywhere. The sounds of nature form a beautiful and divine symphony, blissful and sublime. Each and every one of us has our own music too. We have our own symphony, the tune our internal energy dances to. Just close your eyes, clear your mind and listen, listen very carefully to the sounds around you and hear your surroundings speak to you. The vibrations are there everywhere. We just need to take the time to listen. So look inside and listen, and then you will hear your own music as well.

My Lover's Eyes

Oh my darling,
Your sweet little eyes,
So tender and loving,
My perfect prize.

Thy expectant yet timid eyes,
Send me in an ecstatic tizzy.
A plethora of overpowering emotions,
Make me go all fuzzy.

Your beautiful, gentle eyes,
Make my heart go aflutter.
My whole self a profusion of happiness,
In a state of untamed euphoria.

Your's are the most mesmerizing eyes,
The eyes of the one I so dearly love.
These eyes that tell me no lies,
The veracity of them, far above.

Ah thy shining, refulgent eyes,
There is no veil or any guise.
Lay open, intense, dazzling light,
Encompassing me in a place so bright.

In this tender, loving womb,
I grow in love eternity.
Bathing in thy intoxicating wind,
You are my utopic entity.

A Tiny Whole

The universe an ocean,
Incomprehensible in proportion.
I a tiny droplet,
A miniscule part of the goblet.

To me, the whole a belief,
My life ephemeral, brief.
The world vast, tiny my space,
Beautiful is my niche, my place.

Ah so tiny the world around me,
But it means the world to me.
This is my vastness, my whole,
This is my tiny, cozy hole.
